Every project follows the same six stages, so you always know what happens next and what you receive at each one. The first two cost you nothing.
Stage by stage
From Your Idea to Handover
What happens at each stage and what you receive. Your own programme, with dates, is agreed when we sign the contract.

Consultation
You tell us about the project and we talk it through: the site, the budget, the timeline and what you want from the finished work.
A clear brief, written down
Stage 02Free
Quotation and presentation
We prepare a detailed quotation and present our proposal, so you can see what you are paying for before you commit.
Priced proposal and bill of quantities
Stage 03
Contract
When you are happy with the proposal, we sign the contract and agree the programme of works and the payment stages.

Stage 04
Construction
Our team builds, fabricates and supervises the work on site and keeps you updated as each milestone is reached.
Progress reports with photos
Stage 05
Handover
When the work is complete and the snag list is cleared, we hand the finished project over to you.

Stage 06
Defects liability period
We stay with you after handover and put right anything that needs attention during the defects liability period.

Every stage leads to the same place: a client who is happy with the result.
