What we do
We manage projects for clients who want an experienced engineer on their side: programme, cost, quality and contractors.
A project needs someone who keeps the programme, the budget and the quality in view at the same time. We act for the client: we set the goals and milestones, plan for what could go wrong, and check the work and the bills as the project goes.
Value engineering is a close look at the design and the specification at every stage, to find cheaper ways to get the same result. It is how a budget is protected before money is spent, not after.

Yes. We can act for you as project manager or supervising engineer while another contractor builds, and report to you on progress, quality and cost.
What does value engineering save?
