What We Built
Stage 01Substructure and frame
A reinforced concrete frame over three floors, with a roof terrace that carries a second swimming pool.
Stage 02Envelope
Block walls, large glazed openings to the pool terraces and a garage at the front entrance.
Stage 03Services
Electrical installation for 20 kW Tesla Powerwall storage, Tesla car charging, smart lighting with motion sensors and Alexa home automation; plumbing for three kitchens and seven bathrooms.
Stage 04Finishes
Double-height hall, floating staircase with glass balustrade, home cinema, gym, office, bar and fitted kitchens.
Stage 05External works
Two swimming pools, a sunken fire-pit lounge, a gazebo, an outhouse and a security post.
